Yesterday we spent the afternoon out on the boat but stayed at the marina, to charge the trolling motor battery. We spent the afternoon fishing and reading. I could say that Rick caught a big fish. I'm sure it was big. Neither one of us saw it though. But it had to have been big to drag the fishing rod and reel off the dock and into the lake. Yup, it must have been a huge monster of a bass or trout. The biggest one we've ever seen, or not. Ahem. Yep it must have been big, the one that got away...

Beautiful pic! Ahh... to be out on a boat for the afternoon... not in my forecast anytime soon.. we're lucky if we are in the 30's for a high here.. ring, ring..... calling Spring.. we're ready.. you can come early.
