 What's the first sentence, of the third paragraph, on page 158 of the book you are reading?

 my answer~~  "He'll know."
But that's the entire paragraph. 
I prefer the forth paragraph's first sentence.

  "Do you have email?"  She and Johnny looked at me like, what a stupid question.
